5 Lessons from Transitioning from LinkedIn Elevate to PostBeyond

To all PostBeyond customers, employees, and partners,

As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, we all realize how close we are all connected. It also means that all of us are impacted in both obvious and subtle ways, affecting our personal and professional lives. On a personal note, I wanted to reinforce that the team at PostBeyond is focused on supporting our team, clients, and partners. To do this, we have put into place our business continuity program which will have the following positive impacts:

  1. Work From Home. Keeping our team in an environment that is safe and allows them to support their families is critical. Given our ongoing WFH policy, it is a straightforward process for us. We have all the tools to work remotely.
  2. Undisrupted Service. Ensuring that our clients and prospective clients are well served during this time, while our locations may change, the dedication and attention remain consistent for training, consultation, and support.
  3. Dedicated Service. We service a broad spectrum of customers in varying industry segments. For some, these are very challenging times as their industries are disrupted, while others are impacted by needed changes to reduce the impact of the virus. If we can help in any way, simply let us know, as we are all in this together.

Our platforms operate virtually around the world and we are very focused on delivering the service excellence you’ve depended on to date. In fact, PostBeyond’s solution becomes even more critical in bringing together employees and supporting messages on social networks. We’ve had business continuity plans in place for years to support our customers under these unique circumstances. We have strong confidence in these systems.

For many of our team and colleagues, this is the first time they’ve been part of such challenging events. Let us all be kind and remember that these events can be frightening to many. Finally, things will normalize. Having been through many different circumstances in the past 25+ years, I have confidence we will make our way through these challenges and come out a lot wiser.

All the best and stay safe,

David Lloyd
